The stiffness in my nasal tip and columella is really weighing on me emotionallyㅜㅜ I regret so much that I didn’t seriously consider how hard the nasal tip would become. I want to rub my face into a pillow, stretch out my philtrum, make a pig nose, and I miss having a soft nose so muchㅜㅠㅠ I had implant-free surgery using a septal strut and ear cartilage, and it has just been 6 months. If I remove everything, could it become soft like before? I want to go backㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
