Depression on the nasal bridge when removing silicone

I had my first surgery 10 years ago because of a hump nose, but the doctor unnecessarily put 1 mm of silicone into an already high nose, so it ended up becoming an extremely long and high nose. Since my long nose is a complex for me, I consulted at two hospitals to have the silicone removed, but the surgeries differ slightly. Option 1 is simply silicone removal and nasal tip repositioning. Option 2 is osteotomy, silicone removal, and nasal tip repositioning; it is the same as option 1 but with osteotomy added. The reason for osteotomy is that even though only 1 mm of silicone was inserted, they said it had not been necessary to put it in during the first surgery, and if the silicone is removed, there is a possibility of flatness or depression …
