Four years ago, I really didn’t do any manipulation at all and only had nasal tip cartilage tying. I didn’t use ear cartilage or septal cartilage at all. But 3 days after surgery, because of some severe psychological pressure I couldn’t identify, I even had the cartilage tying undone.
