Four years ago, I really didn’t do any manipulation at all and only had nasal tip cartilage tying. I didn’t use ear cartilage or septal cartilage at all. But 3 days after surgery, because of some severe psychological pressure I couldn’t identify, I even had the cartilage tying undone. Those who know will know, but cartilage tying doesn’t make a huge difference, and since I even had it undone, it was basically my natural nose, and no one around me noticed.
