TMI Hello, this is my first time posting in this community. Because of nasal cartilage tying and philtrum reduction, my columella has sagged slightly, so my nose feels a bit longer. I’m scared that lifting up to the nasal ala would change my impression too much, so I want to lift only the columella slightly, from 1 mm to under 1.5 mm. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
