Hello. I had rhinoplasty without an implant in July of last year. But I thought it was too high and looked strange, so in August I had another early revision surgery to lower it. Still, I was dissatisfied, so in January I had surgery once again with the same doctor, lowering it as much as possible and leaving only the column. Even so, I still feel like my nose is heavy, and it has become much longer than my original nose, so now I want a full removal.
