2 Weeks After Early Cartilage Release

Hello. I posted once before. After having functional nose surgery for a deviated septum, nasal bridge, nasal tip, septal cartilage, and cartilage binding at an ENT clinic, my columella became very noticeably crooked, only one side of my nose looked pinched, and my nostrils were asymmetrical. So I went to the doctor, and at first he made excuses, saying things like my nose was originally asymmetrical and we would only know after the swelling went down. But after I kept going back, at 2 weeks after surgery he did an early removal by only undoing the thread that had bound the cartilage, while leaving the nasal tip, nasal bridge, and cartilage as they were. Right after the surgery, my nose became symmetrical and looked like my original nose, and now it has been 2 weeks since the thread was undone, from the first surgery...
