7 years ago, I had dorsal hump osteotomy, a septal support graft, and had my nasal tip raised with septal cartilage. Recently, one side of my nasal tip looks asymmetrically visible through the skin and feels like it has descended toward the columella, so I'm thinking of total removalㅠ I had consultations at several places, and the hospitals I went to said that since my original nose was very low, if I do total removal it will collapse, so they told me to leave the support graft in placeㅠㅠ Has anyone had removal while leaving the support graft in place? Are you okayㅠㅠ Ha, I'm so worriedㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
