After deciding on total removal, I made an appointment for next Monday at the hospital where I had the surgery. I have questions for people with experience! When doing total removal, do they remove the nasal bridge silicone and the nasal tip cartilage, and also remove the cartilage in what’s called the nasal column..? the columella? the support strut? Or do they leave it? If they don’t remove that, will I not get that soft piggy-nose feeling?

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
