I had deviated septum correction and nose surgery at the same time. I had consultations at ㅅㅅㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, and ㅅㅇ, and opinions differ from hospital to hospital. They say the septal cartilage extended into the columella can be removed, but they won’t remove the nasal valve. Does anyone know what this means?
