Five years ago, I had deviated septum correction and used silicone for the bridge, and I also know that Medpor is in there. When I went around for consultations, neither place said it looked like there was capsular contracture. The bridge implant visibility has started, and the silicone feels uncomfortable, so I’m looking into full removal.
ㅅㅅㅇ options: 1. Full removal, closed approach, cartilage repositioning 2. Full removal, open approach, revision surgery on the nasal tip
I’m not used to consultations at plastic surgery clinics, so I ask a lot of things, but it feels like they give answers while still leaving no single correct answer. There are a lot of choices I have to make myself. If I ask them to remove the capsule too, they remove it; if I don’t ask, they don’t..
