I had silicone and septal extension surgery
The nasal bridge is too high, so I’m planning to have only the silicone removed early But leaving the septal extension in place bothers me.. It’s because I don’t want to lie on the operating table one more time..
Due to the septal extension 1. I have no problems breathing or with nostril size 2. My nasal tip was originally very low, so I like the tip 3. But I’m worried it might become deviated later (does this apply only if you have severe deviated septum?) 4. It looks too unnatural when I smile (will this get better with time?) 5. They say that if the septal extension is removed, it can collapse In this case, if too much was harvested, do I have no choice but to keep the extension, and if not, would it be better to remove it because it could put strain on the nasal septum or alar cartilage and cause bigger problems later?
