If someone’s rights are suspended due to unpaid membership fees, should that possibly be a reason to filter them out? What does this mean? ㅜㅜ When I look it up, some people say yes and some say no, so it’s so confusing ㅠㅠ It’s one hurdle after another. Just when I try to finally decide, I see a bad comment, and it’s so hard to choose.
