Before <before removal> Before <before removal> After <after removal> After <after removal> Hospital) Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 4, 8th floor of GlXXtone Building.
Surgical history) 1st surgery: nasal bridge with autologous costal cartilage particles, nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage (1 year 6 months ago) 2nd surgery: removal of all autologous costal cartilage, then nasal bridge with MegaDerm and nasal tip with ear cartilage (1 year ago)
Symptoms) Upturned nasal tip, foreign-body sensation, and an unnatural appearance, so I visited the clinic
Surgical method) Removal of all grafts and implants, including ear cartilage Nasal tip cartilage repositioning and restoration to the original appearance
Current progress) Because of a wrong clinic choice and surgery made in the moment, I lost my confidence and had a really hard time for a year, so I looked into removal at famous plastic surgery clinics in Seoul. Most doctors recommended not removal, but leaving the nasal tip in place so the structure would not collapse, or revision surgery. But I wanted everything removed without cartilage grafts or implants, and through the clinic where I had the current surgery, I got my original appearance back. The asymmetrical nose shape has also returned a lot to how it originally was. I am truly only grateful to the doctor who performed the surgery, and I am really happy to have regained my previous original appearance. There must be people struggling because of rhinoplasty, and I think if you get removal/restoration surgery, you can regain your original appearance. I hope this helps people who are thinking about removal after surgery.
