I’ve only had nose surgery once. I’m now 6 months post-op from nose surgery, with silicone and septal extension surgery. The foreign-body sensation in my nose is severe, so it’s uncomfortable, and there may be psychological factors too. My nose was originally so small that it doesn’t even look like I had surgery, and from the front it looks slightly more upturned than before surgery, so I’m planning to have everything removed. If I’d known nose surgery would be this uncomfortable, I wouldn’t have done it ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ So far I’ve had consultations at three places in total, but removal surgery seems more difficult and something that needs to be approached carefully, and I’m scared and don’t know much, so I’m worried. The feeling that it looks upturned from the front after surgery is from removing the capsule…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
