I can't even take a good photo with the camera, and it's visible when my nose is liftedㅠ In the columella area between the nasal column and the nostrils, inside, I kept thinking it was a suture, but I don't think it's a suture. I can see two white things protruding. Is this cartilage protrusion?ㅠㅠ Do I need revision surgery for this?
