After my second nose surgery, my nose is so severely blocked that daily life is difficult. I made up my mind and thought that if I had everything removed, it would go back to normal, so I had a consultation. But they said there had been a lot of manipulation, including osteotomy, silicone, autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and septal extension, and that I had even developed a deviated septum. At the first place I consulted, ㄷㅌㅈ, they said I could have complete removal, osteotomy restoration, and have the deviated septum supported by leaving a thin piece of autologous costal cartilage. But I feel uneasy about leaving autologous costal cartilage, and it has become such a major surgery under general anesthesia. At the place I consulted today, ㅅㅅㅇ, they said they don’t know whether complete removal would make the nasal congestion disappear…
