This is a nose revision, and for the first surgery I used a Medpor strut + septal cartilage / septal cartilage for the nasal tip (there is no inflammation, and I am planning surgery because of a bulbous noseㅠㅠ The nasal tip is not sagging much either). How is it for everyone who had donor rib cartilage surgery more than 6 months ago? Does it get absorbed a lot?? The plan is donor rib cartilage + septal cartilage! The directors I consulted with actually said there is no big difference, but when I look at reviews, it varies so much case by caseㅜㅜ I do not really want to use autologous cartilage....
