Does anyone know a clinic that is good at creating this kind of nose shape? This is the shape from an edited photo of me, and I want to get surgery for exactly this kind of shape... This will be my 3rd time, so I’m curious about clinics that are good at revision surgery!! And for nose materials, autologous costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage are all possible, but please recommend which one would be best to use tooㅜㅜ.. Each clinic recommends something different, so I’m really torn..
lampyejini I also brought front-facing photos like that, and they said I definitely needed to have osteotomy redone~ Every clinic I went to said the same thing, so I redid the osteotomy lololololol If you need to raise the nasal tip a lot, I recommend autologous costal cartilage. If you’re only raising it very slightly, ear cartilage seems fine too, and they said because it’s a tertiary revision, the usable amount of septal cartilage is limited. I recommend autologous costal cartilage ~~
호리 What each clinic recommends can differ ㅠ If it’s a place that’s good at revision surgery... ㄴㄴ is decent too. This place is also famous for nose surgery and a lot of people go there.
이제니아니 What materials did you use up to now that you can still use quite a lot? I’m also getting a revision, and this time I’m thinking about rib cartilage, so I’m mainly looking at places like ㅇㅇㅂ or ㅈㅇㄹ that have a lot of experience with donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage. I don’t think I can use septal cartilage, and I’m worried ear cartilage might droop quickly ㅠㅠㅠ
당고당당 [@이제니아니] Up to now I’ve used ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and I haven’t been told that septal cartilage was used + on CT they said the size looks good, so it may be possible.. Ear cartilage was only used on the lower part too.. I went to 3 consultations, but I think I’ll need to go to 10 places lolㅜ
코코냣 I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage at ㅇㅇㅂ. I have a review, so take a look for reference.

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
