Usually, from when after nose surgery is nose removal possible? Right now my nose has become so, so short, so I want to get revision surgery as soon as possible somehow. If the cartilage inside is removed, will it get shorter? It’s not only that it has become an upturned nose; I also have philtrum lifting. Is there anyone with a case like mine?
