I'm planning to remove silicone through a closed approach, and they said they use dissolvable sutures for the incision area inside the nose. Do dissolvable sutures not have side effects or anything? My first surgery was also closed approach, but back then they used non-dissolvable sutures, so I had the stitches removed after about a week.
