I have severe rhinitis, so I went to an ENT clinic. Since I was doing it anyway, the doctor said I had a hump and a crooked nose, so I had the hump shaved, an osteotomy, 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and nasal valve reconstruction. Now I’m considering total nose removal, but if I remove the 4 mm implant after having the hump shaved down, I feel like I’ll end up with a completely low nose. My original nose was acceptable, but after surgery the shape is really bad, I’ve even been told it looks like I attached a fake nose model, and I also feel it looks so strange. For over a year and a half I’ve been repeatedly regretting it and feeling devastated, with guilt that I ruined my natural appearance as it was, and for some reason I’ve also developed social avoidance...
