I’m 6 years post-op, and originally I had no nasal bridge at all and my nose was slightly upturned. I had surgery with septal extension, septal nasal tip work, and about 3 mm of silicone. Since a few days ago, one side of my nasal tip has felt a bit pinched and something round has started showing through at the nasal tip. Every time I look in the mirror, it stresses me out a lot ㅜㅜ I also went to plastic surgery clinics nearby, but they didn’t really say anything positive. Even if getting uglier ㅜㅜ can’t be helped, since I wasn’t that pretty originally anyway, I’m really curious about the actual problems that can occur when removing everything all the way to the nasal tip…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
