Is there anyone here who has removed a spreader graft? It’s not certain yet, but I think it was used to correct a crooked nose. Is there anyone who had their nose implant/material removed and also removed the spreader graft?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
