It’s been over 20 years since I had surgery. Since last year or the year before, red, firm pimple-like bumps keep appearing here and there above my left nostril, taking turns in different spots. Recently it’s been happening even more often. If I apply various ointments I have at home, they subside after about 7 days. Nothing like pus comes out, but two spots have become slightly sunken, like pitted acne scars ㅠ This time, it also came up red like in the photo. The photo makes it look less severe. It has gone down compared to yesterday. And when I press exactly that area, I can feel something round and cartilage-like inside, hard to the touch…
