These days, there are almost no places that do the nasal tip using only ear cartilage, right? I had it done with ear cartilage well over 10 years ago, and my nasal tip hasn’t dropped and it’s on the soft side, so I don’t want to use other materials.. If anyone knows a clinic, please recommend one
