It’s a revision surgery for a hump nose. My nose is crooked and the nasal tip is blunt, and I’m debating whether to put silicone in the nasal bridge or do it without an implant. They said if I want the line to come out pretty, I should put in silicone.. Should I put in silicone.. When I look at cases done without implants, the line definitely isn’t pretty from the front.. Everyone who had revision surgery for a hump nose, did you put in silicone? Or did you do it without an implant?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
