It’s been about 8 or 9 years since I had my nose done, and my original nose was a bulbous nose and a very short nose. I had silicone 4 and septal cartilage done. It was originally a deviated nose, so it was still crooked after surgery, but since last year it felt like something was protruding inside my nose. Even when I went to the hospital, they said it was nothing. Recently it seemed too crooked, so I looked, and they said the silicone had come down diagonally and was poking out inside the noseㅠㅠ The clinic where I had surgery said to remove the silicone and put silicone in again, without any other manipulation.
