I can put up with the watery runny nose, but the phlegm is stuck to my throat, so I can’t even swallow water and it feels suffocating. While brushing my teeth, I went “khak, ptooey” and spat it out a few timesㅜㅜ Should I not do that from now on?ㅠ… I also took my medicine. Bloody phlegm that’s really sticky and stuck comes outㅠㅜ
