It’s been 1 year and 8 months since I had revision rhinoplasty at Seoul Lista Hospital. Excluding minor revision surgeries, this was my 4th revision, so I really thought hard before going through with it.. At the previous hospital, while operating on my crooked nose, they removed my nasal bridge completely through osteotomy, and then just placed silicone on top of it.. In that hopeless situation, I trusted Lista and had surgery there, but in the end it was a complete failure.. They used autologous rib cartilage, AlloDerm, scalp dermis, and ear cartilage, and they also completely removed my septum and built it up with autologous rib cartilage, so I’m worried it’s being absorbed into my body and that my nose might collapse.. I don’t know if they cut off my columella too, but it became extremely short, and I got so depressed that I lived trying to ignore everything related to my nose. But now that I’m going around without a mask, it’s getting hard again.. The director also passed away, so the hospital is gone too, and I honestly feel like I’m going crazyㅠㅜ Are there any hospitals that are good at difficult revision rhinoplasty.?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
