I’m 4 months post-op after no-implant nasal bridge with ear cartilage, nasal tip with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, hump nose correction, and osteotomy. Contracture, cartilage show-through on the nasal bridge, irregular nasal bridge cartilage absorption making it bumpy, columella retraction, asymmetrical osteotomy, discomfort from intermittent pain that may be stitches inside the nose or scar tissue. Contracture is gradually progressing, and in person the columella retraction and shorter nose length are worse, so the nostrils show a little more. Anyway, just looking at the photos, tell me whether it seems like contracture. Everyone says contracture can’t happen with no implant, so then what on earth is this…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
