I had my first surgery 4 years ago, and my nose was red + it looked obviously surgical to anyone. I thought about just living with it, but since something looked wrong externally, I felt like there might be some issue, and it was stressful that people around me would subtly mention my nose, so I went for consultations this time and decided to get revision surgery..!
I had a CT scan, and thankfully they said there was no inflammation in my nose. They said the silicone implant in my nose was too high and didn’t suit my nose. They also talked to me about the limitations of my nose and honestly told me it would be better to let go of my desire for height.
I was recommended both a no-implant option and silicone, and after thinking about it, I decided to put in 2 mm silicone and use septal cartilage and ear cartilage together for the nasal tip. I hope this time the line comes out well-suited to meㅜ I decided to do it at Apgujeong Yoo Wonil.
