Hospital directors all say in unison that it’s okay if you remove an appropriate amount of septal cartilage, but is it really okay to remove septal cartilage? People around me who have had surgery strongly tell me never to remove septal cartilage, but doing it with autologous costal cartilage feels too scary, so it’s been a difficult day in many ways.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
