Since it’s a revision surgery, I feel like I’m looking into materials a lot. I guess the surgical method would also differ depending on the material, right? My bulbous nose wasn’t improved either, and I want a slightly more defined, glamorous line. So I’m also considering rib cartilage, and since they specialize in rhinoplasty, I’ve booked consultations at AB, Mind, Miho, and Kowon. Should I add a few more? When people say a clinic handles rib cartilage well, do they mean autologous rib cartilage? Donated rib cartilage is already shaped like silicone anyway..
