I went for a revision surgery consultation because of my drooping nasal tip. I made a list only of places said to be famous for revision surgery and went, and the consultation was very different from my first surgery. They really examined things in detail. They even took a CT scan. They said I don't necessarily have to use autologous costal cartilage, but I don't want to live worrying that my nasal tip might droop again, so I decided to go with autologous costal cartilage. And I really emphasized that even if it's autologous costal cartilage, it absolutely must not come out looking unnatural. Now that I've chosen the hospital for surgery, I just have to wait for the surgery day while praying it goes well... sigh...
