I really have to choose between ㄱㅅ or ㅅㅅㅇ, but I have so many questions. When removing at ㄱㅅ, do they adjust the shape a bit? Why do people say to do it here if removing while considering the shape? They say that at ㄱㅅ, if the nose has been shaved down a lot, they use dermis or AlloDerm, but is there a high chance of that? Since the purpose is removal, I think it would feel more burdensome if it becomes too major a surgery. If ㅅㅅㅇ says full removal is possible, does that mean there is no major problem? If I'm worried about the shape at ㅅㅅㅇ, they say to put in a support strut, but would this be the better method? Septal extension, support strut, silicone 2-3 mm, osteotomy, hump…
