For my first surgery, I had silicone on the nasal bridge and AlloDerm on the nasal dorsum, but I developed contracture. I’ve lived like this for years, but as I get older I look uglier and my self-esteem has dropped, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. For a contracted nose, do you absolutely have to use costal cartilage? During my first surgery, they didn’t use ear cartilage or septal cartilage. If anyone knows, please leave a commentㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
