Should I not expect much of a frontal-view effect?ㅠ I’ve already had 3 surgeries without implants and I’m about to have my 4th surgery, but nothing has changed at all from the front;; Is there no change because I didn’t put in silicone?ㅠ Right now I have almost no columella, so if I bring out the columella, will I see some frontal-view effect?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
