Should I not expect much of a frontal-view effect? I’ve already had 3 surgeries without implants and I’m about to have my 4th surgery, but nothing has changed at all from the front;; Is there no change because I didn’t put in silicone? Right now I have almost no columella, so if I bring out the columella, will I see some frontal-view effect?
