I have a wide, bulbous nose and was teased a lot since I was young. I’m trying to correct a deviated septum and a bulbous nose, but they say if the skin is thick, there won’t be much effect. Would it be better to do only the functional surgery? The cost doesn’t matter, but I’m worried because recovery after surgery is hard, and I’m also worried I might regret it if my nose turns out strange or looks obviously operated on.
