I went to consultations at GYS and SSY. I had surgery about 10 years ago on a low nose with L-shaped silicone and ear cartilage, and because the implant is crooked and the skin at my nasal tip has become thin, I said I wanted to remove them. They said that if I remove them, my nasal bridge will become lower than it is now. GYS told me to do donated dermis, cartilage rotational grafting, and build a septal support strut, while SSY told me to replace the silicone and use ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. But I want to remove everything and don’t want to add more. Looking at other reviews, it seems like some places just do removal, so I’m curious whether it differs by person or whether they only tried to upsell me.
