I’m thinking about revision surgery the month after next, but I’m 10 years post-op from cosmetic surgery, and suddenly something white, short, horizontal, and protruding popped out. Can this suddenly happen? The redness is because I touched it with my hand; originally it wasn’t red. Is there anyone similar to me?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
