If I remove my nose implant/materials, will the degree to which my nostrils show from the front change a bit? My original nose was slightly droopy, and my nostrils were almost not visible from the front, but after doing a septal extension support graft, the nasal tip lifted and my nostrils show way too much. If I remove it, will it get a bit better? This is what I’m most curious about.
