When having septal extension, is the foreign-body sensation case by case, or does everyone feel it? Please give me some advice, as I’m about to have this surgery.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
