After 10 years, I removed the silicone, and because I wanted only the nasal tip to look slimmer and more refined, I had nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, along with functional rhinoplasty for rhinitis using the septum and nostril reduction. I do like the shape for now. But I keep feeling like the inside of my nasal tip is being pinched with a plastic clip. I'm wondering if this feeling continues even as time passes, or if it gets better as it heals over time. I'm still only in week 2, but it really feels like my nasal tip is being pinched with a clothespin, so it feels suffocating and like I'm going to have a panic attack. Does it get better with time, or do I have to live in this state forever? It feels so heavy...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
