Today I went around to ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅅㅇ in the same area for silicone removal while leaving the nasal tip cartilage in place. ㅍㄹㅁ said that if I remove it, there should be no problem going back to my original nose, but ㅅㅅㅇ said I need nasal tip revision, and if I don’t do it, it’ll become extremely upturned. I took the same photos and the same surgery records, but their opinions are so different that I’m conflicted. Does anyone who has done it here have a review? ㅜ ㅜ
