Does contracture happen only when silicone is removed?? I had septal cartilage used for my nasal tip, and I want to remove it. Could there be side effects? It’s too high, so I want to take it out ㅜㅜ Other than becoming lower, is it okay?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
