It’s been about 2 years since my surgery, but my nose ended up too high, so the cartilage shows through and there’s pressure. I was considering revision surgery, but now I’m thinking of just removing the silicone and lowering the cartilage insteadㅠㅠ But they say side effects can still occur even after silicone removal, so I’m debating whether to just live like this and remove it when inflammation symptoms appear, or remove it now. I’m worried that opening it up again for no reason might only cause side effectsㅠ Are there many cases of side effects after silicone removal?
