First of all, sorry for the bare-faced nose It’s been about a year and a half since my revision rhinoplasty, and as you can see, the ear cartilage is showing through in a round shape, and because of the indentation issues on both sides of the nasal tip/alar area, I’m getting aftercare next month I’m going to lower both the bridge and the tip, and the issue is that indented area. The doctor asked for my opinion on whether I’d want to improve it by placing ear cartilage and postauricular fascia in that indented area when lowering the nasal tip, so I wanted to ask you all too... They did say that if that area is filled while the nose is lowered, it could look like a bulbous nose, but also said it probably wouldn’t all fill in that much because of the absorption rate, so my head hurts... Or, if I’m worried it might show through again later, they suggested using only fascia. What do you think would be better???...
