It’s been a while since I wrote. I had removal 9 years after rhinoplasty, and my natural nose was a short nose with a really low bridge and nostrils that didn’t show. Gradually, when I lay down, my nasal congestion got worse, the tip of my nose felt tight, and the asymmetry became severe, so I had everything removed. Before removal, I hesitated a lot even until the day of surgery because I was worried my nose shape would become strange, but fortunately the nasal congestion improved a lot and the tightness disappeared too. There is still slight asymmetry even after removal, maybe because of a deviated septumㅜ When I went for removal consultations, some hospitals said I needed to tie it with cartilage repositioning thread, but I also saw reviews saying the nose looked pinched as a side effect, and it was oka…
