Which cases are the most difficult in revision rhinoplasty? Honestly, maybe it’s because I’m currently looking into revision surgery for contraction, but I feel like unless it’s somewhere genuinely really good, it won’t be corrected well, and it feels like an extremely, extremely, extremely difficult nose. Besides contraction, what cases are included as extreme nose cases?
