This was not my first surgery, but a revision surgery ^^ I was very stressed because of my upturned nose, where my nostrils showed a lot from the front. And since I was going to have surgery again anyway, I also wanted the height to be a little higher when viewed from the side^^ Also, my midface looked long, so I wondered if that could be improved to some extent with revision rhinoplasty too! Even though I had experienced it once before, it was absolutely not any easier the second time. It was the same haha At week 1, a lot of the swelling had gone down and I did feel it had become slimmer, but I still had a runny nose and my nasal alae were still plump haha But there was definitely a clear feeling that my nose looked shorter! Now that I’m past week 2, my nose looks a bit shorter and more natural, but with a defined look? My own analysis is that gathering the nasal tip seems to have made it look a bit more refined. I think the gradual changes will be noticeable until week 4, but it seems like all the major swelling has gone down, so... hmm... The surgery was silicone implant replacement, upturned nose correction, and columellar retraction correction. Please keep that in mind
